Leap into the past/ Adria caravans with famous blue stripe
When first generation of caravans was made in 1969, the exterior was completely white, made of white lacquered aluminium, but a year after that, in season 1970, the caravans received a blue decorative stripe at the window level. The blue colour was chosen as a symbol of the Adriatic Sea and the blue sky.
The blue stripe was initially not well received, because it was so different from the competition, which used more pastel colour. Over time, however, the blue colour became a distinctive trademark of the Adria brand and Adria caravans were getting more and more popular all over Europe.
